Terms and conditions of sale

Effective as of January 1, 2022

Clause No. 1: Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) form the basis of commercial negotiations and are systematically sent or given to each buyer to enable them to place an order.

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company CanalCentral and its customer in connection with the sale of the following goods: Franklin Method small equipment, books, and other Franklin Method accessories.

Any acceptance of the quotation/purchase order, including the clause «I acknowledge that I have read and I accept the attached general terms and conditions of sale,» implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Clause No. 2: Price

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are quoted in euros and calculated excluding tax. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate and transport costs applicable on the day of the order.

The CanalCentral company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Clause No. 3: Rebates and discounts

The proposed rates include the discounts and rebates that CanalCentral may grant given its results or the assumption of certain services by the buyer.

Clause No. 4: Cash discount

No cash discount will be granted for early payment.

Clause No. 5: Payment terms

Payment for orders is made:

  • by credit card ;
  • by bank transfer.

Payments will be made under the following conditions:

  • Total payment before delivery of the goods.

Clause No. 6: Delivery

Delivery is made:

  • either by direct delivery of the goods to the buyer; ;

  • either by delivering the goods to the location indicated by the buyer on the purchase order.

The delivery time indicated when placing the order is given for informational purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not entitle the buyer to:

  • the award of damages ;
  • the cancellation of the order.

The risk of transport is borne entirely by the purchaser. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the purchaser must formulate all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods.
